The aim of the conference is to show a set of advanced tools for application design in an industry, handicrafts, traditional still being can not be left out of technological innovation and competitive advantages, as the global market does not allow no sector lagged behind innovation.
Therefore, Antonio José Palao Ibáñez, Department of Product Engineering CETEM, show entrepreneurs, professionals and linked to the crafts sector, scanning tools, rapid prototyping and machining through a case study: the scale reproduction the image of the Immaculate Conception, patroness of Yecla, which months ago has undergone a scan on the same dressing room of the Virgin, which was deployed CETEM team to capture the image and then to rebuild it and move 3D the prototype phase, obtaining a mold through the CTA was carried out by the artisan Mónica Pérez, which can perform a series of miniature replicas of industrial form, thus saving time and costs, streamlining product design and its market.
