The municipal group of IU-Greens in the city of Yecla has today asked the government team to conduct an "exhaustive" investigation in order to clarify the reasons why two accidents occurred at an interval of three days in an amusement Fair location.
Training has urged the council to carry out the necessary inspections and determine if the operation of the attraction was defective or irregular, if safety anchors were adequate and whether they have breached security measures.
It has also requested to be check if there was any attraction limiting user access based on age and weight, and if such control could have prevented the outcome.
IU-Greens also called on the government team that until the investigation is not concluded, as a precaution and to prevent another person may suffer such a risk, the attraction remains closed.
The last decade has killed more than 15 people on fairground in Spain.
