Socialists have the full yeclanos a motion for judgment against the new law considering that is a serious loss for the rights of citizens to harm those who clearly have less economic means.
The Socialist Municipal Group has submitted a motion to the next plenary session of the corporation of the City of Yecla to ask it to rule against the new Court Fees Act and urge the government of Argentina has withdrawn the Act.
For the PSOE of Yecla "has been denounced and developing for many areas of citizenship and of the sectors related to the administration of justice, an activity aimed at achieving change the content of a law that will be a serious loss for the rights of all citizens and an attack on the fundamental rights of citizens, gathered by our current Constitution, especially the effective judicial protection. To justify this Act referred to the decline in litigation when we believe what is being attempted is to use Justice as "collecting source".
Citizens have the right to apply to the courts to defend their legitimate rights, interests and claims, as recognized by our Constitution and the minister can not Gallardón preventing such access through a fee system that ultimately harms those with less economic means.
