IU spokesman-Greens in Yecla, José Miguel Castillo, today demanded the mayor of Yecla, Mark Ortuño, to take appropriate measures to address the "alarming unsanitary conditions" that presents a cemetery church in the municipality.
Castillo has done so echo of photographs taken by a neighbor where you can see coffins stacked in the cemetery, which, in his view, "breaks all the rules of treatment of waste" and can become "a focus of concern of infection. "
In this regard, he recalled that the law governing Local Rules of the states that the council must ensure environmental protection and public health and the cemetery, "obligations that are clearly broken by the municipality."
Thus, Castillo has demanded that the first mayor to take action to remedy the situation and claim the church in the city cemetery compliance with legislation on waste treatment.
