The firm responsible for the construction of this building came two months ago in a bankruptcy proceeding that led him to stop work

Work on the third institute of Yecla resumed again in the coming days or weeks.

The contractor stopped construction in late March citing difficulties in their accounts for non-payment of other government and non-Yecla Murcia.

The company finally entered a bankruptcy proceeding, which now allows you to assign the work to a new firm under the same conditions and guarantees which it was originally commissioned.

This is not necessary to process the call for a new tender for the works, which slows the build several more months, and can fulfill the commitment to open next year the new center's classrooms.

The bidder (BM 3) has reached an agreement with some of the companies (overall) already decided this work in the contest whose outcome was known last December.

The Planning Department has followed this process closely with the company, in any case, affected the commitment to open next year.

The new building will also house adult education, extends over a parcel of 10,000 square meters next to the Mental Health Center, in the hamlet of Las Herratillas.

The construction is divided into three modules, which will house 25 classrooms.

In total, add more built-up area of ​​4,500 square meters.

The amount of award for this building amounted to 3,523,362 euros and is expected to start operations to accommodate students in the course 2012-2013.
