Yecla Mayor, Juan Miguel Benedito, has not missed the opportunity it has given today's visit to the city government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, to demand the construction of the highway-Fuente La Higuera Blanca (A-33 .)
Benedito recalled to the delegate that 80 percent of this infrastructure is still no date for its implementation.

Two weeks ago, when it emerged that none of the missing sections be included among the works rescued from the cutting of the Ministry of Development, the mayor accused the officer of not fulfilling its commitment in 2010 to begin construction of the Jumilla-Yecla path.

This work, in which the City has been working since spring, will ensure the supply to the houses in the city after appropriate authorization from the CHS, an agency under the Ministry of Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs.
As for the works of Plan E government that the delegate has visited, the Mayor thanked state investments that are made possible, Yecla but pointed out that, "so impaired by the lack of highway, in this sense does not receive any compensatory treatment compared to other municipalities of Spain, as the amount of investment of Plan E corresponds to the same evaluation criteria to all municipalities in the country.
