Throughout the year 2017 our association has wanted to focus each and every one of the activities towards this celebration.

The Yecla Fandango award given to Mr. José Serrano;

the subsequent and multitudinous celebration of the International Dance Day in which hundreds of yeclanos took part who the group taught during weeks the Fandango;

or the presence in the 50th Anniversary of the Folklore Festival in the Mediterranean in which Yecla acted as representative of regional folklore, have been some of the most outstanding acts.

But the date selected as the epicenter of the 75th anniversary is approaching.

Next Saturday, November 25, Choirs and Dances of Yecla will carry out the central events this celebration.

For this ephemeris our association is addressing all the old components.

More than a thousand people are those who have gone through choirs and dances throughout its history, and we all want to get there.

We know that we have a large list to work on, but we are aware that in that thousand yeclays, we will surely have someone to send the invitation to.

We apologize for this reason to all those we are not able to reach, but it is for this that we mainly ask for the help of the local media.

We would like your collaboration to enable us to reach all the old components of Choirs and Dances of Yecla, spreading the celebration that we are preparing for next November 25, and that will consist of a reception at the Town Hall of Yecla by the Mayor of Yecla and the municipal corporation, a show at the Concha Segura theater and a dinner celebrating this anniversary at the Restaurante Aurora de Yecla.
