Yecla trail promises big (09/03/2016)

In less than a month, trail enthusiasts will have before them a date with a multitude of ingredients to be added to the calendar of unmissable.

It will be on Saturday April 2 when Yecla re-establish itself as regional capital of ultra trail, under the UTY2016, VI Ultra Trail Back to term Yecla.

On this occasion, two point scoring Mountain Running appointments in 2015/16, with the Tomillo Trail (21km. + 1.240m. Altitude) and the Red Trail (73km. + 3.420m. Altitude) will be developed, in addition to host the latter Championship Murcia Absolute Ultra Trail.

A Regional Absolute that promises great emotions, which may choose the FAMU athletes, can also claim the title who have the card + Sport.

In addition to the rigor medals for the first three athletes in the Absolute Regional Championship, both male and female section, the champion of Murcia also receive an official T-shirt credited as such.

The Thyme Trail will be a nice circular route along paths and tracks of the Nature Classroom Sierra Salinas, where is located the exit environment and goal kicking off at 16: 30h.

Meanwhile, the Red Trail will feature the same place start and finish, although it will also extend along the yeclana village of Raspay, Sierra del Carche or the Sierra de las Pansas, to return to the Hall of Nature of Sierra Salinas, beginning at 8: 00h.

Meanwhile, the cost of registration in the Red Trail will be until the 14th of 37 € (34 € athletes FAMU, FEDME or FMRM), being 15 to 20 42 € (39 € athletes licensed) not performing any late registration term or day of the test.

Bibs for Thyme Trail can be collected at the exit area (Hall of Nature Coto Salinas) from 15: 00h.

There will be trophies for the top three finishers in the general (both male and female section) and for the first three of each of the categories established in the Tomillo and the Red Trail.
