| From the left wing they denounce that it is contradictory that very harsh conditions are being applied to the hotel business while the City Council makes resignation of functions in managing a municipal property facility | IU-Verdes points out that the ultimate responsibility for the management of the public in the municipal sports field of La Constituci n corresponds to the government team of Marcos Ortuño.

The left wing formation comments that the sports facility is owned by the City Council and, therefore, it is ultimately responsible for what happens in it.

From Izquierda Unida they indicate that the Order of November 27, 2020 of the Ministry of Tourism, Youth and Sports establishing the Protocol of action for sports activity in the Region of Murcia, on the occasion of the COVID-19 pandemic mandates in its second article that "all members of both the Sports Federations and their Clubs, as well as all the City Councils, Gymnasiums and private Sports Centers have the collective duty to show their leadership and set an example in the rigorous application of these measures ".

Likewise, the Order establishes that "the responsibility of each one of the participants in the development of the activities is individual, being the duty of the Sports Federations and their clubs, the corresponding Town Halls, and the gyms and private sports centers, where appropriate.

However, from the training they point out that, as it could be verified in the field and on television, the distancing measures stipulated in the protocol that fix an interpersonal distance of one seat and the prohibition of watching the game of foot have not been largely met.

For this reason, they denounce that the Government Team has not been up to the task and has been able to aggravate the state of the pandemic in Yecla by not helping the club to organize the event in safe conditions and to ensure that the rules are fully complied with of those attending the event.

Alberto Mart nez, spokesperson for IU-Verdes, comments that "it is contradictory that very harsh conditions are being applied to the hotel business to maintain their business, while, however, the Government Team is making neglect.

For all these reasons, from Izquierda Unida-Verdes they demand Marcos Ortuño to give public explanations of why the City Council has incurred in abandonment of functions and has thereby created a risk that the pandemic will worsen in Yecla.
