Yecla already needs the completion of the A33 and the new National Police station (17/02/2020)

The national deputies and senators for Murcia of the Popular Party will present initiatives to streamline these projects

'Months ago we were announced the resolution of issues such as the completion of the A33 or the police station and Yecla can not continue waiting' 'Yecla has complied with everything we agreed with the various ministries but now we need solutions and among them to be restored the service of the bus line with between Yecla and Villena 'The mayor of Yecla, Marcos Ortuño, continues with his vindictive work before the different Administrations and thus has appeared today at a press conference together with the national deputy Isabel Borrego and Senators Francisco Bernabé and Juan María Vázquez, to announce the actions undertaken by the latter aimed at expediting the solution of important issues for Yecla such as the completion of the A33, the construction of the National Police station and the restoration of the bus connection with Villena

'For months we have heard the announcement of the start of the works of the last section of the A33, which should unite us with Caudete and connect us with Valencia.

We have not yet seen a single movement, we have not known the start of the works or know when it will occur and Yecla can not wait.

It is urgent that this work be completed and that it is not a simple electoral promise, 'said Marcos Ortuño.

Along the same lines, the mayor of Yecla has stated that 'we have complied with what was agreed with the Ministry of Interior for the construction of the new National Police station.

The municipality of Yecla has ceded the land and has drafted the construction project, a project that is already in the hands of the ministry and of which today we do not know the start date of the construction works of this police station.

Facilities that are urgent for Yecla and essential for the police who work in our town. '

Finally, the mayor of Yecla wanted to thank the involvement of Senators Francisco Bernabé and Juan María Vázquez and the deputy Isabel Borrego in the defense before the national courts of these issues that affect Yecla.

To these must be added the transfer to the Ministry of Transportation of the request of more than 1,500 residents of Yecla, backed by the Plenary Session of our town hall, for the restoration of the bus line service between Yecla and Villena.
