From Citizens affirm that the direct line Yecla-Espinardo, was a real failure, because it is not a real aid to university transport and incomprehensibly, far from requesting aid to the Autonomous Community, which really impact on the expenses of our students, the PP returns to request a line withdrawn due to lack of travelers.
From the Municipal Citizens Group, after visits to our city of the Minister of Development and Industry, they want to highlight the different deficiencies and needs that Yecla students have, in terms of connections with the Cities where they study, and solutions that should be raised in this regard, which are far from being requested by the Mayor of Yecla, Marcos Ortuño, who in his opinion, all there is to do is re-implant the direct line on the A33, to Espinardo.
Line that, on the other hand, was withdrawn due to the lack of users, since the round trip ticket cost € 12 for students, without this entailing a significant reduction with respect to the normal ticket, not being a real help to choose , to go and return to his study center daily, instead of residing in the Murcian capital, since the expense turned out to be the same, and the savings insignificant.
In addition, many students of our municipality also study in other Autonomous Communities, so, from Citizens, they consider that the help requested by the Mayor of Yecla from the Development Councilor is discriminatory, since part of it is excluded student collective.
Similarly, since Cs Yecla, they have informed the Councilor for Development, The agreement that, thanks to the parliamentary group of Citizens, went ahead, to put a line linking the municipalities of Yecla-Jumilla and Villena-AVE station, so that the students of the Altiplano who study in other Autonomous Communities, have easy connections to them.
From Yecla Citizens affirm that Mr. Ortuño, should ask for help from the Autonomous Community, for the deficit transport and thus be able to benefit as many other municipalities in the Region, being able to reduce considerably the price of the ticket of these bus lines, making the option attractive to choose to go and return to the place of studies daily, instead of residing in the Murcian capital.
