The Association of Friends of Music informs that it will organize for the second time in our city, with the collaboration of the Department of Culture of the Hon.
Ayuntamiento de Yecla, the II MUSIC FAIR, which will be held on July 13 and 14 in different areas of the city.
The intention is to bring music in all its contexts of cultural, playful and festive nature to all people who want to participate in the activities to be developed within this project.
As in the previous edition, the main objective of this initiative is to interact through music with citizens in different urban spaces of the downtown area of ​​the city, as well as other interior spaces such as the Music School of the Association of Friends of Music and Concha Segura Theater.
The fundamental base is to promote music, to value musical education, interpretation and inform about the projects and activities that are developed through the Association of Friends of Music of Yecla, with the intention of creating meeting spaces where the music, as a bond of union, be the true protagonist.
To fulfill these objectives, a program of activities has been drawn up, ranging from musical performances in open-air urban public spaces to others of a training or dissemination nature.
The Fair will conclude on Sunday July 14 with the concert "Between Bands and Strings", which will be held at the Concha Segura Theater, included in the "Músicas del Aire" program, and which will feature performances by the Band of Initiation and Band. Youth.
On this occasion they will be accompanied by guitar and string students from the School of Music, all of them directed by Ángel Hernández Azorín.
Tickets are already on sale until Wednesday July 10 at the Music School, C / Spain n ° 12, at a single price of 5 euros.
They can also be purchased at the theater's box office on the following days: Friday 12 and Saturday 13 July from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
and Sunday, July 14, starting at 7:00 p.m.
