There are several complaints made by parents who are going with their babies, just a few months of life, to the facilities of the Municipal Pool.

The parents participate with their children in the aquatic activity and later they need to shower and change their clothes.

However, something indispensable and necessary, is prohibited in the municipal pool of Yecla;

They do not allow the entry of strollers into the installation and there are also no high chairs available where babies can be left safely, or staff that can lend a hand, while the father or mother makes use of the showers and changing rooms.

From Ciudadanos, they ask themselves what is the use of launching aquatic activities for newborns, in which their parents participate, if the facilities or service they require are not planned, so that families can carry them out in optimal conditions.

This lack of foresight of the Department of Sports, shows the disinterest of our City Council, when putting a service with all the needs covered, must make available to users, all facilities to enjoy the activity without no problem

The Municipal Citizens Group, in view of the evident lack of planning and lack of interest shown by the Government Team of the PP, by the residents of Yecla, has required the Sports Edil, who immediately makes available to these users a high chair where they can be babies, or allowing access to these parents with strollers, or hire auxiliary personnel to help families in this aquatic activity, during the period in which they are in the facilities.

These options would solve the current problem, and allow the residents of Yecla to enjoy joint aquatic activities, in complete safety.

From the Municipal Citizens Group, they think that a Government Team should be at the service of the citizen and not back to it.

Planning well the services before its operation.

In addition to considering it essential, ask the users if everything happens normally, after its implementation, to know their opinions and solve possible incidents that may have occurred.

Therefore, it is expected that some of the proposed solutions will be carried out to improve the functioning of Yecla's new pool.
