The Department of Police, Traffic and Public Safety reports that these days it is proceeding with the marking of the streets where the blue zone is extended to solve the existing parking problems in them, by the large number of businesses and places of economic or social.
On the other hand, provides for the first time a specific fee for residents and businesses in each area.
This extension will become operational from Thursday 19 November.
The streets and sections affected are:
Log, Miguel Palao the Plaza Mayor.
Hospital, a Soap Miguel Palao
Spain, Miguel Palao to Soap
San Antonio, Numancia Rambla.
Esteba Diaz, Cura Ibanez Rambla
Master Mora, Rambla de Cervantes
San Jose, Rambla Numancia
San Pascual, Don Lucio Numancia
Market near San Cayetano (Rambla and Calle San Cayetano)
It is reported that residents registered in one of the roads affected by the blue area and the shops in these areas may request a free resident distinctive for its area of residence, valid until December 2010.
Para solicitar el distintivo de residente / comerciante (uno por unidad familiar o comercio), deberá cumplimentar el impreso de solicitud establecido al efecto y presentarlo en el Ayuntamiento, adjuntando copia de su DNI y del recibo del impuesto de circulación del vehículo.
En el caso de los comercios deberá aportar además la licencia de apertura del establecimiento y último recibo del Impuesto de Actividades Económicas.
Este distintivo, le permitirá estacionar en la zona seleccionada beneficiándose de la tarifa reducida para residentes.
Para ello, a la hora de obtener el tiquet en el expendedor, deberá pulsar el botón amarillo para activar a la tarifa reducida para residentes.
