Eduardo de Porres Ortiz de Urbina, current President of the Provincial Court of Madrid, will be asked to deliver this year's speech Constitution Day during an official event organized by the City of Yecla, which will take place on Dec. 6 at Teatro Concha Segura.

Born in Madrid, Eduardo de Porres graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1982, where he completed the university postgraduate studies, obtaining certification "investigative sufficiency".
Member of the Judicial Service in opposition since 1986, has played its judicial function in Yecla, Mostoles and Madrid.
Since May 2014 he has been President of the Provincial Court of Madrid.
He is Professor of Economic Criminal Law at the Carlos III University and IE Business School Madrid Business School
He has attended more than 40 specialized training courses and organized and participated in more than one hundred national and international legal courses.
He has also published over 40 research papers and articles in legal journals.
