Disabled and retirees can use starting today free city bus, to take effect the new rates of this public service passenger transport, as reported by the Councillor for Public Inmaculada Pérez.
The disabled should get a card that will be filed in the offices of the Association of Physically Handicapped (adfy), free access to the bus.
In the case of pensioners and retirees must prove their status when accessing the local bus to get a bonus of 20 free travel, you may renew the same way as many times needed, once exhausted the use of the bond.
The Councillor also recalled that, in the past two years there have been several campaigns to promote this service passenger.
Nevertheless the number of users continues to fall so it has had to reduce the time and remove any lines, trying to not be very onerous for city coffers.
The rates that take effect in 2014, provides free use for pensioners and disabled disabled, and all rates are reduced, as a measure to promote the use of the public transport.
The rates are as follows: normal ticket goes from 1.05 to 0.95, from 0.51 to young ticket 0.46, bonobos from 0.57 to 0.52, bonus month from 34 to 31 euros.
Finally Wheelchair disabled to be free, like pensioners and retirees.
