The National Police arrested six people for carrying out acts of vandalism, damage and robberies in Yecla (05/11/2013)

National Police agents have been arrested in Yecla five men and one woman as alleged violations of a large number of graffiti on buildings, destruction of furniture and other acts of vandalism committed in the city of Yecla in recent months.

Infractions now clarified started happening in the middle of last January, when detected episodes of damage accumulation in urban furniture and several vehicles parked in public or community garages.

Damages were those usually associated with vandalism, such as broken mirrors, dents, punctures or painted wheels, deeds performed via both public and community garages.

Along with these, we detected a significant accumulation of damage furniture and turbidity properties by painted made in various places, among which are the walls of a convent in the town.

Some of these painted signature consisted of the suspects with their nicknames.

The steps taken by the agents of the police station in Yecla, allowed us to prove the connection between several of the acts described, so that developed an investigation to identify and arrest the perpetrators.

The arrests have been taking place in recent weeks, until last October 18 was terminated the operation with the arrest of the last of the suspects.

Those arrested were six, five men and one woman, three of whom are minors.

All detainees are of Spanish nationality except for one whose nationality is Romanian.

All were made available to the judicial authority of the Office of Children, if any, along with the crowded listed in more than fifty complaints of acts whose authorship is attributed.
