Closure of the Workshop on Employment "includes Yecla" (09/02/2012)

15 students-workers have been hired for a year to receive theoretical and practical training on home care.

The Mayor of Yecla, Ortuño Marcos Soto, by the Minister of Education Training and Employment, Sotoca Constantine, presided the closing ceremony and awarding of diplomas Employment Workshop "incorporates Yecla," which has organized the Department of Training and Employment framed in programs financed by the European Social Fund and funded by the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment.

The event was also attended by the Director of Regional Employment and Training, Gines Martinez, President of the Committee on Training and Employment of the Regional Assembly, Vicente Maeso and Employment and Training Council Member Juan Miguel Macho, along with other representatives of the Municipal Corporation

These employment workshops, emerging as an important measure to promote job creation and higher quality.

It aims at improving the employability of the unemployed over 25 years of age, with difficulties in entering the labor market.

This combination of practical and useful training and employment.

15 students, workers enrolled in the SEF, were hired for a year through a training contract with a day of 40 hours.

In total, held a workshop with a duration of 1,920 hours

Participants are trained and have served in the field of home care, direct and practical way in those households that needed to meet this demand.

Therefore the workshop has had a major impact in the field work of home care as promoting employment and providing social policy.

To start the workshop, we selected 15 students, workers and management staff, teaching and support, which meant a total of 18 jobs over a period of one year.

Workers who have participated in this workshop have received vocational training for employment, on subjects such as nutrition, dietetics and nutrition, hygiene and personal security, cleaning and home care, prevention and geriatric care, gender equality, social economy,

introduction to computers, job search and improvement or prevention of occupational hazards.

On the other hand, have made health care and home health care to people who are in a position dependence in the town of Yecla.

It was help in basic activities such as hygiene and grooming, mobility, feeding, help with cleaning, preparing meals, washing and ironing, etc.

Also actions to help them integrate into social life and its environment as an occupation of free time, personal business or personal relationships and encourage emotional.

The Department of Employment and Training has developed the Workshop on Employment "incorporates Yecla", through the Regional Employment and Training, which has provided 325,000 euros for funding
