The police operation ended with the arrest of an individual, to a total of fifty-four robberies would be allocated to ships

Agents of the National Police Station of Yecla proceeded last March 8, to the arrest of a citizen, as the author of 54 robberies forces in industrial buildings located in the region of Altiplano.

The investigation into these events began in September, when they began to detect a series of robberies in industrial buildings affecting the whole region of the Altiplano and especially the yeclano municipality.

These thefts were causing substantial economic damage to businesses, not so much by the stolen objects but for damage caused in the commission of the robbery to perpetrate them with breaks of perimeter fences, forcing outdoor grills doors and / or windows and rear breaking them to access the interior of the ships.

The first investigation led agents to perform various prevention devices and surveillance by the Judicial Police and Public Safety Groups in the affected areas.

Thanks to these devices could be observed as one of the ships of the polygon, located on the Carretera de Villena, had made a hole in the perimeter fence, surprising way "in flagrante" the perpetrator, who was carrying at the time of detention lot of tools that effected related harm.

Subsequent investigations have led to note that some of these tools had been stolen in other burglaries, being recognized by their rightful owners;

also among the objects seized include a simulated revolver and a stopwatch with the detainee estimated response time alarms located on the victims of violence and the police response ships.

The detainee is a man of Spanish nationality 45 years, habitual offender and known to the police.

The operation was conducted by agents of the National Police of Yecla, the Police Headquarters of Murcia.
